Pacific Carriers Limited (“PCL”) --- a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kuok (Singapore) Limited, was incorporated in Singapore in 1973 and has sinced established itself as a global player in the shipping industry. Today it has commercial offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, USA and the United Kingdom, and is a leading dry bulk operator with a growing fleet of product tankers as well as offshore support vessels.
